According to the new collaborative report, “State of Food and Nutrition in the World (SOFI)”, the global food system is at risk as the war in Ukraine contributes to rising costs of food, fuel, and fertilizers. The study was conducted by the World Food Programme (WFP), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the International Fund for Agricultural Development, UNICEF, and the World Health Organization (WHO).
