Effectively addressing complex challenges requires collaborative funding and problem solving. Funding collaboratives allow partners to combine resources, learn from one another, and increase the impact of their philanthropy while benefiting from H2HC’s trusted convening, evaluation, and learning platform.
The Hunger to Health Collaboratory (H2HC) works with corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit partners to align funding around shared priorities and collectively support innovations with the potential for national impact.
Named Prizes

Many businesses have a community challenge they would like to address, be it improving food access, advancing nutrition, strengthening community health, or supporting resilient food systems. H2HC helps translate those priorities into a national search for innovative solutions. Together, H2HC can create a branded Prize for Innovation focused on your philanthropic priorities. H2HC manages the nomination process, expert review, and final selection of outstanding organizations as prize winners, allowing your team to direct its corporate philanthropy with confidence.

In-Kind Support
Support innovation beyond funding. H2HC partners with companies and organizations to provide in-kind support: including executive mentorship of prize winners, pro bono professional services, and access to technology, platforms, or products. These contributions help strengthen innovators while giving partners opportunities to engage employees, build relationships with H2HC’s network of Prize winners, and demonstrate their commitment to advancing food, nutrition, and health equity.
