The Policy Project

The Policy Project (TPP) drives long-term, equitable change in Utah by addressing root causes through upstream, statewide policy solutions. Using its Policy Pathway framework, TPP engages communities and policymakers to identify needs, craft practical legislation, and ensure effective implementation. Its current initiative, the Focused Student Project, expands access to no-cost school meals, culminating in the passage of H.B. 100 to support 40,000 additional students. TPP continues to guide rollout and pursue additional upstream policies that strengthen families and communities.
