The Charlie Cart Project

The Charlie Cart Project is a national nonprofit delivering hands-on nutrition education everywhere children gather to learn. It provides schools, libraries, food banks, and clinics a compact mobile teaching kitchen (The “Charlie Cart”), curriculum, and ongoing lifetime training for educators using the Cart.

Its program is designed to equip the next generation with the knowledge and confidence to make healthy food choices for life through hands-on cooking, improve both public and planetary health by educating young eaters about their food choices, and forge community partnerships across our 500 sites in 47 states to foster a deeper impact and sustain systems change.
