H2HC Connections: July 2024

H2HC is fortunate to work with a wonderful and growing cohort of colleagues and thought partners seeking long-terms solutions for advancing health equity. 

We have been busily engaging, interacting, and collaborating, from taking part in events on both coasts with Grantmakers in Health, the Tufts Food is Medicine Institute, and the Tufts Food and Nutrition Innovation Council, to serving as an evaluator for a corporate foundation’s national prize-making program.
