Jefferson County Food Policy Council

The Jefferson County Food Policy Council is a collaborative organization working to build community-led change for a thriving food future in Jefferson County, Colorado. Its diverse stakeholder collaborative is composed of almost 330 partner organizations and individuals from farmers to food access organizations to local advocates. Its mission is to increase equitable access to healthy, local, and affordable food and support a sustainable community food system. The JCFPC envisions Jefferson County as a food-secure community with healthy food access for all residents, a vibrant and equitable farming infrastructure, a healthy ecosystem, and a thriving local food economy.
