Building Enduring Solutions for Health Equity: Learnings from the H2HC Fall 2023 Summit
The H2HC Fall 2023 Summit, keynoted by U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health, Admiral Rachel Levine, convened 75+ thought leaders to explore innovative strategies and initiatives to advance food, nutrition, and health equity locally, regionally, and nationally.
Discussion focused on federal initiatives addressing the social drivers of health, corporate perspectives on advancing health equity, exploring the role of basic income in advancing health equity, and the use of data as a health equity tool. The Summit closed with the inaugural Prizes for Innovation ceremony, highlighting two winning models exemplifying upstream solutions to food and nutrition challenges.
