About Us
Our Purpose
The Hunger to Health Collaboratory (H2HC) is an innovative national model. We convene cross-sector thought leaders to explore systemic solutions to food, health, and nutrition challenges with a focus on equity and the social drivers of health.
The Hunger to Health Collaboratory (H2HC) was founded in 2018 by innovative leaders from The Greater Boston Food Bank (GBFB) and Stop & Shop. H2HC convenes cross-sector stakeholders to collaboratively address the consequences of food, nutrition, and health inequities.
Listen to H2HC founder and GBFB President and CEO Catherine D’Amato describe the beginnings of H2HC (interviewed in 2022 by Louisa Kasdon of The Food Voice).
H2HC is supported by a cross-sector Leadership Council, Strategic Advisors, partner organizations, and its executive director and staff.
