Founded in 1984, House of Hope’s mission is to empower Martin County residents to overcome hunger and hardship. Four full-service branches and three enrichment centers provide low-income residents access to client choice pantries, clothes closets, case management, financial assistance, workforce development, housing assistance, self-improvement programs and nutrition education. Over 8,000 services are provided monthly, reaching 21,000 individuals and 30 food bank partnered shelters, soup kitchens, etc. across 3 counties. A production farm and nutrition center provide fresh produce and nutritious food in all food distributions. Every program and service is provided at no cost to those served.
